The Bread is Wisdom!

Good day, good people! This is the day that the Lord has made; never forget that. Regardless of what you face in the morning, afternoon, or evening, this day to you and me is a gift, so let’s cherish it.

So what are we eating today? Yesterday I had the privilege to teach on Wisdom vs. Folly in an online connect called Immovables’ connect. Well, you might ask, what do I know about wisdom? I am just a 24-year-old. I know we have this thing of associating wisdom with age because of experiences. And I will be honest, experiences do teach us. But there’s something better than experiences, and what’s that? The BREAD. Oh, okay, what do you mean? (someone might ask.)

1 Corinthians 1:30 (ESV): “And because of him you are in Christ Jesus, WHO BECAME TO US WISDOM from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption.”

He, being the bread (remember John 6:35 from yesterday’s blog), became wisdom to us. So the reason I am permitted to teach about wisdom is because I have the bread (Christ Jesus). So get yourself the bread, just in case you haven’t received it. And remember the Gentile woman from yesterday’s blog; you don’t need any qualifications to get the bread; just come with your hunger and don’t forget to bring faith along.

Okay, so I don’t want this to be a full meal, so here, take this away with you as a takeaway: What would your life look like if you had the bread? And if you do have the bread, do you see the results of having it?

Prayer: Abba, Father, we thank you in Jesus’ name, Ameni!
